Somebody Say SOMETHING!!! Federal case coming against Sandusky?

Federal prosecutors and FBI agents in Pennsylvania are looking into opening a federal investigation into accused child molester Jerry Sandusky, NBC News reported Friday.

According to the report, a senior law enforcement official said investigators are "looking hard" at the possibility of opening their own investigation in light of allegations that the former Penn State assistant football coach committed abuse outside state lines.

"It would be inconceivable that we couldn't find grounds" to make this a federal case, the official told NBC News.

Sandusky, 67, is accused in a 40-count indictment of sexually abusing eight boys over a period of 15 years. He denies the charges.

According to the 23-page grand jury presentment, one of Sandusky's alleged victims — referred to as "Victim 4" — testified to being "repeatedly subjected to Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse and Indecent Assault" at various locations, including Penn State bowl games in Florida and Texas during the 1998 and 1999 seasons.

Victim 4 testified he traveled to the 1998 Outback Bowl in Tampa and the 1999 Alamo Bowl in San Antonio as a guest of the football team, its coaching staff and their family members.

Police in San Antonio announced last week they were investigating the possibility of building a criminal case against Sandusky over the alleged offenses in Texas.

According to NBC's report, federal investigators are also examining New York-based children's charity Fresh Air Fund after it confirmed Wednesday that Sandusky hosted as many as six kids dating back to the 1970s in conjunction with the out-of-state organization.

Prosecutors and agents will also review Sandusky's use of the internet to determine if he violated federal laws by communicating or possibly recruiting alleged victims online, NBC reported.

The US Department of Education announced last week it would launch its own investigation into whether Penn State violated federal law by failing to report allegations of sexual abuse on campus.

“Stephen Hill is serving our country in Iraq, fighting a war Senator Santorum says he supports. How can Senator Santorum claim to support this war if he doesn’t support the brave men and women who are fighting it?”

“Santorum’s shameful response to the combat soldier’s question regarding open service was incoherent and out of touch. America’s uniformed leaders support gays and lesbians serving alongside their colleagues with dignity and respect. Santorum’s divisive and homophobic remarks do not befit a commander-​in-​chief.”

Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell banned gay, lesbian, and bisexual soldiers from serving their country. During it’s almost two-​decade long life, America grew to despise the law, with 70% to 78% of the country wanting its repeal.

SENATOR POST NAKED PICTURE TO HOOK UP WITH GAY MEN

Puerto Rican Senator Roberto Arango Explains Why There’s Naked Pictures Of Him On A Gay Hook Up Site

Well, it looks like we have a new Anthony Weiner in town. A Puerto Rican TV show called Dando Candela presented Republican Senator Roberto Arango with naked pictures found on the Internet that they claimed were of him. He wouldn’t deny the allegations, saying he had taken photos like that but only to document his weight loss. Of course, that doesn’t explain the fact that the pictures were found on Grindr, a hook up site for gay and bisexual men.

Yes, even though the name “Arango” isn’t a euphemism for a male organ (I mean, it could be. My Spanish is rusty), it looks like this story might end up being just as interesting as Weiner’s.

Here’s Arango’s explanation for why he can’t deny the pictures are of him (translation from Guanabee.com):

“You know I’ve been losing weight. As I shed that weight, I’ve been taking pictures. I don’t remember taking this particular picture but I’m not gonna say I didn’t take it. I’d tell you if I remembered taking the picture but I don’t.”

Unfortunately, Arango is married. Doubly unfortunately, the media has found video of him wearing a very similar necklace to the one in the video. Triply unfortunately, the account that the first picture was on also had another one that is slightly more graphic:
