The Gay Black Man who was the brains of the Civil Rights Movement

By James Creer, BBINT Magazine Managing Editor

A master strategist and tireless activist, Bayard Rustin is best remembered as the organizer of the 1963 March on Washington, one of the largest nonviolent protests ever held in the United States. Marc Jacobs in Love with a Porn Star

Marc Jacobs has had an interesting dating life: after a high-profile relationship with retired escort Jason Preston (who infamously tattooed Jacobs’ name on his arm), the famed designer moved onwards and upwards into a relationship with  advertising executive Lorenzo Martone. It was hot and heavy by all accounts, with rumors of marriage proposals, but ended in the summer of 2010.

Though Jacobs and Martone are still close—”We are best friends,” Jacobs told Vogue. “We speak to each other, I don’t know, six times a day—Jacobs seems to have found new love. With whom? According to GPSBrasilia, with porn star Harry Louis (above)—who, like Martone, is Brazilian. The pair met in Paris, where Jacobs lives.
Strictly judging this book by its cover, we say parabĂ©ns to Jacobs and Louis! (That’s congrats in Portuguese.)

Michele Bauchmann Punked by 8yr Old Actavist Elijah

GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann learned that protesters often come in adorable packages. A video captures the Minnesota congresswoman greeting 8-year-old Elijah and his mom at a signing event for Bachmann's book, "Core of Conviction: My Story," in South Carolina.
The candidate, who is an outspoken opponent of same-sex marriage, met her match with the soft-spoken, pint-sized activist. The video shows Bachmann leaning in to listen closely as the youngster whispers, "My mommy's gay, but she doesn't need fixing."
Bachmann bolts back up and manages a "bye bye" as mother and son walk away.
This isn't the first time that Bachmann has faced challenges to her stand on gay rights from the younger set. Last week, Bachmann was questioned by a teen about her opposition to gay marriage.
You can watch the video of Bachmann and 8-year-old Elijah in the video above.
